Czesław Michniewicz became the coach of Widzew Łódź. The contract was signed until the 30th of June 2011.

'Czesław Michniewicz has experience and coaching skills. We hope, that his work in Widzew will be beneficial for players’ performance and soon we will see the team improve their results in the division. Now the most important is to properly prepare players for the coming matches in the Ekstraklasa and gain more points.  There are still a few months until the end of the season and we still have a real chance to finish in a good place. I wish that for ourselves and the new coach' says Mateusz Cacek, vice-president of the KS Widzew Łódź SA board.

Czesław Michiniewcz will be officially presented as the Widzew team coach during the press conference tomorrow.
